This Return Policy Applies to All Countries Skoggl Directly Ships To
At Skoggl, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer the following return policy:
Eligibility for Return
You may return any standard item within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the item is in resalable condition. This means the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all tags, labels, and accessories.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or damaged items.
- Custom products.
- Items not purchased directly from our official website.
- Sale items or gift cards.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are for products that are out-of-stock or soon-to-be-released. Payment may be collected in full or as a deposit at checkout, with any remaining balance charged when the order is fulfilled. You may cancel a pre-order up to 14 days prior to the estimated shipping date. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled, though you may request a refund in accordance with this Returns Policy.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@skoggl.com or visit our Contact Us page. We will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions for returning the product. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted
Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect product).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. For international orders, refunds may take up to 15 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@skoggl.com. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange your product for a different size or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost to you.
