Skoggl in The Times: Worn at the Paralympics by Matt Hamilton

We’re in the news… and we’re still not over it

OMG. This is one of those moments.

We opened up The Times today and there it was. Our custom ski and snowboard goggles in print, in an actual newspaper. IN THE TIMES.

The feature spotlighted para snowboarder Matt Hamilton, who wore Skoggl at the Paralympic Winter Games in Cortina d'Ampezzo.

We will not pretend we played it cool.
We absolutely did not play it cool.

We ran to grab a copy.
We stared at the page for way too long.
Because moments like this hit differently.

Not just because it is press, although yes, that is very cool, but because it represents everything we have been building toward.

From day one, we wanted Skoggl to push boundaries. To sit at that intersection of performance and style. Goggles that look good, but are also taken seriously when it comes to performance.

Watching Matt trust Skoggl at the Paralympics was the ultimate stress test. When you’re hitting those speeds whilst racing, clarity and peripheral vision aren't just features, they’re safety requirements. We spent years perfecting our anti-fog tech, magnetic lenses, lens tints and designs specifically for these high-stakes environments.

So to see them show up in The Times and showcased at the Paralympics… unreal.
