Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the cancellation terms for pre-order purchases made through our store.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are for products that are out-of-stock or not yet available. Payment may be collected in full or as a deposit at checkout, with any remaining balance charged upon fulfillment. Pre-orders may be cancelled up to 14 days prior to the estimated shipping date. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled.
